    1. HR Interview – Your First Connection

    This first chat with our People team lets you share your background and motivations, and gives you the chance to ask any questions about the role and our culture.

    2. Manager Interview – Dive into the Role
    In this conversation, you’ll explore the role’s responsibilities, objectives, and day-to-day challenges—and see how you and your future manager can work best together.

    3. Team Panel – Meet Your Future Teammates
    (if applicable)
    Here, you’ll meet one or more potential teammates, get a feel for our team dynamic, and discuss real-world scenarios you might tackle together.

    4. Leadership Interview – Align on Vision

    Finally, you’ll speak with our CEO or an ExCo member to share visions, confirm cultural fit, and connect directly with our leadership.

  • We want you to feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. Here’s how you can prepare:
