ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Procurement Analyst supports the planning and execution of domestic and international procurement, supplier management, inventory planning, and cost analysis in a manufacturing environment.
What you will do
· Plan and execute domestic and international purchases of raw materials and production supplies.
· Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and contracts.
· Identify, develop, qualify, and manage suppliers.
· Evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
· Manage minimum and maximum stock levels.
· Plan material requirements using MRP.
· Monitor inventory turnover and coverage.
· Analyze historical consumption and forecast demand.
· Perform cost analysis and assess price variances.
· Develop and track savings KPIs.
· Create contingency plans for critical materials and diversify the supplier base.
ABOUT YOU
What we are looking for
· A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
· A postgraduate specialization in Supply Chain, Strategic Procurement, Logistics, or Management is desirable.
· Five to eight years of experience purchasing raw materials or production supplies, or in industrial procurement.
· Experience negotiating with and managing domestic and international suppliers.
· Experience in manufacturing companies or other production-based industries.
· Experience in inventory management and supply planning.
· Knowledge of import processes and foreign trade is desirable.

Work requirements
· Intermediate to advanced English: B2 is required; C1 is desirable.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
· Experience defining, monitoring, and reporting management indicators (KPIs).
· Experience using ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent platforms.
· Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI.
· Knowledge of contract management and administration.
