Key Account Manager
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts while also identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role combines strategic account management
Key Responsibilities
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company
Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints
Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
New Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
Convert qualified prospects into new customers
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close new sales deals
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field.
Proven experience in Key Account Management and sales
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as SQL software.
Ability to balance account management with new business development
Excellent communication and presentation skills
