ABOUT THE ROLE

As QA Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective Quality Assurance (QA) and testing services for the implementation of projects under the Citizen Identification business.

Main missions:

• Lead and manage QA processes across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

• Design, implement, and maintain AI-driven automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.

• Apply machine learning models to predict defect-prone areas and optimize test coverage.

• Develop intelligent test case generation, prioritization, and execution using AI tools.

• Monitor and analyze test results, providing actionable insights to improve product reliability.

• Mentor QA engineers on automation best practices and emerging AI testing methodologies.

• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes by integrating cutting-edge AI/ML solutions.
  

ABOUT YOU
You are/have:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including strong hands-on experience in test automation

• You have a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum environments and product backlog management

• You are proficient in at least one programming language used for test automation (Python, Java or JavaScript)

• You have experience with modern QA practices, including CI/CD pipelines and testing within cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP)

• You bring a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and system integration

• You have exposure to AI/ML applied to testing (e.g. test automation, defect prediction, anomaly detection)

• Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) is a plus

• You are comfortable working with QA and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)

• You communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, and are able to engage with international stakeholders

• You are able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are able to manage multiple priorities with flexibility

• You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

• You are a collaborative team player and leader, building strong cross-functional relationships and fostering a positive, high-performing team environment
