ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across key countries in the Asia-Pacific region. The role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, expanding the company’s presence in priority markets, and closing complex government and enterprise deals.
Main missions:
Develop and execute the sales strategy across assigned countries.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government entities, partners, and enterprise customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification to deal closure.
Structure and negotiate strategic commercial agreements.
Build and manage a strong pipeline across priority markets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deal execution.
Represent the company in high-level engagements with partners, customers, and government stakeholders.
Achieve revenue targets and support the company’s regional growth strategy.
ABOUT YOU
You are/have:
Strong knowledge of Southeast Asia markets and their political and cultural environments.
Extensive network of partners and government contacts across the region.
Proven track record of closing deals with government
Experience navigating complex procurement processes and multi-stakeholder decision environments.
Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.
10+ years of sales experience within the region.
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Additional regional languages are a strong advantage.
Cultural sensitivity and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
