ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Physical Stamp / Inks PMO, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of physical stamp and ink activities, from design finalization and pilot testing through production, forecasting, and delivery, ensuring full alignment with Economic Operators consumption and government requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Finalize the physical stamp design
Define and implement a pilot phase to test labels (good application / readability / operational usability)
Work on accurate demand forecasting based on Economic Operators consumption data
Plan and manage on-time production and delivery of stamps and inks
Coordinate activities across supply chain, technical, operations, and finance teams
Main Missions:
Lead and oversee the pilot phase of the project, including testing of labels and code readability
Coordinate with your collaborator in charge of EOs to collect forecasts and consumption data
Plan, coordinate, and follow up on production and deliveries with suppliers and logistics partners
Analyze forecasted volumes versus actual consumption and adjust production and delivery plans when needed
Deliver physical stamps and inks on time.
Monitor stock levels in close coordination with the Supply Chain Manager to avoid shortages or excess inventory
Track project progress and prepare operational and performance reports
Identify risks and issues, propose corrective actions, and escalate when required
Work closely with supply chain, technical, operations, and finance teams to align
ABOUT YOU
You are/have:
5–7 years of experience in Project - Program Management
Strong analytical mindset & problem-solving skills
Clear communication skills with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders
Nice to Have :
Experience working on government or public-sector programs
PMP or PRINCE2 certification
Experience with tax stamps, traceability systems, or secure printing programs
Available immediately
