ABOUT THE ROLE
Is responsible for supervising the security operations of the company to protect the company’s properties and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
MAIN MISSIONS :
1. Security Procedures Management
- Implement the security procedures effectively as per SOP & ISO standards.
- Keeping all records required as per SOP & ISO standards.
- Identify, investigate & resolve non-compliance.
Key Performance Indicators: - No security breaches
- Efficient standards
- Updated records
2. Security Systems & Equipment Monitoring & Maintenance
- Monitor and maintenance of all security systems; access control; CCTV recording & back-up; alarm systems & emergency equipment, fire pumps & extinguishers, etc.
- Weekly & monthly audit for security system as per SOP.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Renewed license
- All systems are in good working conditions.
- Updated audit report
3. Company Premise & Employees Safety Standards
- Communicate & conduct security and safety training to employees as per TOPPAN Security policy.
- Safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.
- Respond to medical emergencies, threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
- Investigate and write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

- Incident Reports
4. Security Activities & Reporting
- Supervises the security guard’s activities and assignments
- Oversees incoming & outgoing couriers & deliveries as per standards in coordination with CSR & Supply Chain
- Manage timesheets for employees and outsource staff.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Management
Key Performance Indicators :
- Detailed actions
- No delays
- Accurate reporting
5. Compliance
- Ensure the implemented security standards for card production as per the requirements of certification bodies are followed by all departments.
- Give recommendation to update the security processes based on risk assessments.
- Schedule and Conduct Periodic Internal Audit on all departments.

- No delays in Internal Audit
- Review of Procedure
ABOUT YOU
Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Security Training Certificate
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor will be advantage
- First Aid / Emergency Response
Knowledge, Technical Skills and Experience:
- 5 years of experience in the Security or Compliance field
- Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in the same field
- Knowledge of relevant equipment used for security operations.
- Knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Good English Language
