ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Clerk to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting accounting operations by performing clerical tasks such as posting of invoices, processing of payments, accounts reconciliation and maintaining financial records.
Main missions:
- Process purchase invoices and supplier payments
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Maintain accurate supplier records including supplier terms and bank details
- Allocation of customer receipts
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Maintain general ledgers, including account analysis and preparation of accrual journal entries
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filing if needed
- Respond to queries related to accounts and transactions
- Support in the preparation of management accounts and other relevant financial reporting
- Provide general administrative support as may be required
- Any other ad-hoc projects
ABOUT YOU
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Preferably with A-Level in Accounting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics will be considered as an asset
- Proficient in MS Office applications and with strong experience in Excel
Language Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
